Felony Murder Elimination Project and the DROP LWOP coalition invite you to join us for the 3rd Annual LWOP Walk for Life Walk-a-Thon: Walk for Healing and Hope.
Date: September 29, 2026 (Main event), with a broader Week of Walks running from September 26 to October 3, 2026.
Location: California State Capitol, 1315 10th Street, Sacramento, CA.
Purpose: A day of remembrance and solidarity with incarcerated communities focusing on life without the possibility of parole (LWOP).
Ground transportation to Sacramento will be available for participants traveling from Northern and Southern California. Shared lodging in Sacramento will also be available for those who are comfortable sharing a room.
Please RSVP by September 1. Because transportation costs may increase closer to the event, those who RSVP after the deadline may be asked to contribute toward any additional costs.
