Families Against Mandatory Minimums (FAMM), a non-profit organization working to challenge mandatory sentencing laws and advocate for criminal justice reform, announced a new campaign to compel policy makers, especially those leaving office soon, to use their executive clemency powers to give many incarcerated people a second chance.
